CUS：英文全称Customs Charges，即货物出口报关费，指货物在起运港出口报关环节所产生的费用。来源于出口报关公司所收取的服务费或者劳务费，其提供的服务包括预录、审单并向海关申报等。
各家报关行的收费标准不一样，市场上有些货代企业兼营代理报关业务，则报关费由其自行制定和收取，而大部分货代企业并不兼营代理报关业务，因此仍需委托其他代理。
港口的主要收入来源是装卸费，但码头装卸费在整个海运链条的占比微乎其微。
根据德路里统计，货物离岸价格（FOB）是成本中最大的一部分，约占98.8%，而剩下的1.2%中，码头装卸费率仅占商品价格的0.06%，海运费占商品价格的0.57%，集装箱内陆运输费用占商品价格的0.28%。
如果把整个海运链条各个收费节点视作一块“蛋糕”，港口装卸收入可分到的那部分微不可见，因此靠装卸费挣钱的天花板也就不言而喻了。
