一:空運進口流(liu)程詳解(發貨人)
1:提供貨物資料(liao):品名(ming),件數,重量,箱(xiang)規尺寸,目(mu)的港及目(mu)的港收貨人名(ming)稱、地址(zhi)、電話、出貨時間,發貨人名(ming)稱、電話、地址(zhi)。
2:應具(ju)備的(de)報關資(zi)料(liao):

3.審(shen)核單證
單證(zheng)應包括:發票、裝箱(xiang)單、托運(yun)書、報(bao)送單項式、外匯(hui)核(he)(he)銷(xiao)單、許(xu)可證(zheng)、商檢證(zheng)、進(jin)料/來料加(jia)工核(he)(he)銷(xiao)本、索賠/返(fan)修協(xie)議(yi)、到會保函(han)、關封。
4.預(yu)配艙
代理(li)人匯(hui)總所接受的委托(tuo)和客(ke)戶的預(yu)報(bao),并(bing)輸入電腦,計(ji)算(suan)出各航線的件數、重量、體(ti)積(ji),按照(zhao)客(ke)戶的要(yao)求和貨(huo)物(wu)重、泡(pao)情況(kuang),根據(ju)各航空公司不(bu)同機型對(dui)不(bu)同板(ban)箱的`重量和高(gao)度要(yao)求,制定預(yu)配艙方案,并(bing)對(dui)每票貨(huo)配上運(yun)單號。
5.預訂艙
代理(li)人根據(ju)所指定的預(yu)配艙(cang)方案,按(an)航(hang)班、日期打印出總運單號、件數、重量、體積,向(xiang)航(hang)空公(gong)司預(yu)訂艙(cang)。
6.接受(shou)單證

7.填制貨運單
航空貨(huo)(huo)運(yun)單(dan)(dan)包括(kuo)總運(yun)單(dan)(dan)和分運(yun)單(dan)(dan),填(tian)制(zhi)航空貨(huo)(huo)運(yun)單(dan)(dan)的主要依(yi)據是發(fa)貨(huo)(huo)提(ti)供的國際貨(huo)(huo)物(wu)委(wei)托書,委(wei)托書上(shang)的各項(xiang)內容都應體現在貨(huo)(huo)運(yun)單(dan)(dan)項(xiang)式上(shang),一般(ban)用英文填(tian)寫。
8.接受貨(huo)物
接收貨物,是(shi)指航(hang)空貨運(yun)代理(li)公司把即將發運(yun)的(de)貨物從發貨人(ren)手中(zhong)接過(guo)來并(bing)運(yun)送(song)到(dao)自(zi)己的(de)倉庫(ku)。
接收貨(huo)(huo)物一般與接單同時進行。對于通過空(kong)運(yun)或鐵路從內地運(yun)往出(chu)(chu)境地的(de)出(chu)(chu)口貨(huo)(huo)物,貨(huo)(huo)運(yun)代(dai)理按(an)照發(fa)貨(huo)(huo)提供(gong)的(de)運(yun)單號、航(hang)班號及接貨(huo)(huo)地點日期(qi),代(dai)其提取貨(huo)(huo)物。如貨(huo)(huo)物已在始發(fa)地辦理了(le)出(chu)(chu)口海(hai)關(guan)(guan)手續(xu),發(fa)貨(huo)(huo)人(ren)應同時提供(gong)始發(fa)地海(hai)關(guan)(guan)的(de)關(guan)(guan)封。
接貨(huo)時(shi)應對貨(huo)物進行過磅和丈量,并根據發票(piao)、裝箱或(huo)送貨(huo)單清點貨(huo)物,和對貨(huo)物的數量、品名(ming)、合同(tong)號(hao)或(huo)嘜頭(tou)等(deng)是否與貨(huo)運單上(shang)所列一致(zhi)。
9.標(biao)記(ji)和(he)標(biao)簽
標記:包括托運(yun)人(ren)(ren)、收貨人(ren)(ren)的(de)姓名、地(di)址、聯系電話、傳真(zhen);合同號等(deng);操作(運(yun)輸(shu))注意事項;單件超過150公(gong)斤的(de)貨物(wu)。
標簽(qian):航空(kong)公司標簽(qian)上三位阿(a)拉伯(bo)數(shu)字代表所承(cheng)運航空(kong)公司的(de)(de)代號,后八位數(shu)字是總(zong)運單號碼(ma)。分標簽(qian)是代理(li)公司對出具分標簽(qian)的(de)(de)標識,分標簽(qian)上應有分運單號碼(ma)和(he)貨物(wu)到達(da)城市或機場的(de)(de)三字代碼(ma)。
一件貨物(wu)貼(tie)一張航空公(gong)司(si)標(biao)簽(qian),有分(fen)運單的貨物(wu),再貼(tie)一張分(fen)標(biao)簽(qian)。
10.配艙
核(he)對(dui)貨物(wu)的實(shi)際件數、重量(liang)、體積與托運(yun)書上預(yu)報數量(liang)的差(cha)別。對(dui)預(yu)訂(ding)艙位(wei)、板(ban)箱的有效(xiao)利(li)用、合(he)理(li)搭(da)配,按(an)照各航班(ban)機型(xing)、板(ban)箱型(xing)號、高度、數量(liang)進行配載。
11.訂艙
接到發(fa)貨人(ren)的(de)(de)發(fa)貨預報(bao)后(hou),向航(hang)空公司噸控部(bu)門領取并填(tian)寫訂艙(cang)單(dan),同時提供相應的(de)(de)信息;貨物(wu)的(de)(de)名稱、體(ti)積(ji)、重量、件(jian)數、目的(de)(de)地;要求(qiu)出運的(de)(de)時間(jian)等。航(hang)空公司根據實際情況安排艙(cang)位和(he)航(hang)班。貨運代理(li)訂艙(cang)時,可依照發(fa)貨人(ren)的(de)(de)要求(qiu)選擇(ze)最佳的(de)(de)航(hang)線和(he)承(cheng)運人(ren),同時為發(fa)貨人(ren)爭取最低、最合理(li)的(de)(de)運價(jia)。

12.空運進口報關(guan)
首先交發(fa)貨人(ren)提供的(de)(de)(de)(de)出(chu)(chu)口貨物(wu)報(bao)(bao)關(guan)單(dan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各項內容(rong)輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)腦,即電(dian)腦預錄入(ru)。在(zai)通(tong)過電(dian)腦填制的(de)(de)(de)(de)報(bao)(bao)關(guan)單(dan)上(shang)(shang)加蓋(gai)(gai)報(bao)(bao)關(guan)單(dan)位的(de)(de)(de)(de)報(bao)(bao)關(guan)專用章(zhang);然后將報(bao)(bao)關(guan)單(dan)與有關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)票、裝箱(xiang)單(dan)和貨運單(dan)綜合在(zai)一起,并(bing)根據需(xu)要(yao)隨附有關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)證(zheng)明文件;以(yi)上(shang)(shang)報(bao)(bao)關(guan)單(dan)證(zheng)齊全后,由持(chi)有報(bao)(bao)關(guan)證(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)報(bao)(bao)關(guan)員正(zheng)(zheng)式向海關(guan)申(shen)報(bao)(bao);海關(guan)審核無誤后,海關(guan)官員即在(zai)用于(yu)發(fa)運的(de)(de)(de)(de)運單(dan)正(zheng)(zheng)本上(shang)(shang)加蓋(gai)(gai)放行(xing)(xing)章(zhang),同時在(zai)出(chu)(chu)口收匯核銷單(dan)和出(chu)(chu)口報(bao)(bao)關(guan)單(dan)上(shang)(shang)加蓋(gai)(gai)放行(xing)(xing)章(zhang),在(zai)發(fa)貨人(ren)用于(yu)產品退稅的(de)(de)(de)(de)單(dan)證(zheng)上(shang)(shang)加蓋(gai)(gai)驗(yan)訖(qi)章(zhang),粘上(shang)(shang)防偽標志(zhi);完成出(chu)(chu)口報(bao)(bao)關(guan)手續。
13.出倉單
配艙方(fang)案制定后就可(ke)著手編制出倉(cang)單(dan):出倉(cang)單(dan)的日(ri)期、承運航班的日(ri)期、裝載板箱(xiang)形式及數量、貨物進倉(cang)順序編號、總(zong)運單(dan)號、件數、重量、體積、目的地三字代(dai)碼和備(bei)注。
14.提板箱(xiang)
向(xiang)航空(kong)公司(si)申領板(ban)(ban)、箱并辦理相應的手續(xu)。提(ti)板(ban)(ban)、箱時,應領取相應的塑料(liao)薄膜和網。對所使用的板(ban)(ban)、箱要登記、消號(hao)。
15.貨(huo)物裝(zhuang)箱裝(zhuang)板
注意事項:不要(yao)用錯集裝(zhuang)箱、集裝(zhuang)板(ban)(ban),不要(yao)用錯板(ban)(ban)型、箱型;不要(yao)超裝(zhuang)箱板(ban)(ban)尺寸;要(yao)墊襯,封蓋好塑料紙,防潮(chao)、防雨(yu)淋;集裝(zhuang)箱、板(ban)(ban)內貨(huo)(huo)物(wu)盡可(ke)能(neng)配裝(zhuang)整齊,結(jie)構(gou)穩定,并接緊網索,防止運輸途(tu)中倒塌;對于大宗貨(huo)(huo)物(wu)、集中托運貨(huo)(huo)物(wu),盡可(ke)能(neng)將整票(piao)貨(huo)(huo)物(wu)裝(zhuang)一個(ge)或幾個(ge)板(ban)(ban)、箱內運輸。
16.簽(qian)單
貨(huo)運(yun)單(dan)在蓋好海關放行章后(hou)還需要到航空公(gong)司簽單(dan),只有簽單(dan)確(que)認后(hou)才允許(xu)將單(dan)、貨(huo)交給航空公(gong)司。
17.交(jiao)接發運
交接是(shi)向空運(yun)進口航空公(gong)司交單交貨(huo),由航空公(gong)司安排航空運(yun)輸。
交單就是將隨機單據(ju)和應有承運(yun)人留存的單據(ju)交給航空公司(si)。隨機單據(ju)包括(kuo)第二聯航空運(yun)單正本、發票、裝箱單、產地(di)證明、品質鑒定證書(shu)。

18.航班跟蹤
